A cooking creator membership on FanBase is a monthly subscription your fans pay for recipes, cook along videos and weekly meal plans. You set up to three tiers, sell single cookbooks or classes as pay per view, answer questions with paid messages and keep 80 percent of every payment.

People already save your recipes and watch your short videos. The ones who cook along every week are ready to pay for more: the full method, the tested quantities and the tips you leave out of a 60 second clip.

What chefs and home cooks sell on FanBase

Food fans want two things: food that works the first time, and a feeling of cooking next to you. Each post can be public, members only, for a minimum tier, or pay per view.

  • Full recipe cards. Exact weights, timings and swaps, written to be printed.
  • Cook along videos. Real time videos with no jump cuts, so people can follow at home.
  • Weekly meal plans. Five dinners and one shopping list, scheduled for every Sunday.
  • Technique lessons. Knife skills, bread shaping, sauces, pastry basics.
  • Digital cookbooks. A themed collection sold once as pay per view.
  • Ask the chef. Fans message a question, you answer with a short locked video.
  • Behind the pass. Prep days, menu testing and the dishes that did not make it.

Getting your first food members

  1. Choose a lane. Weeknight dinners, sourdough, plant based or one cuisine. Narrow is easier to sell.
  2. Give one recipe away in full. Show the quality of your recipe cards.
  3. Promise a schedule. "New meal plan every Sunday" is a clear reason to join.
  4. Launch with a cookbook. A pay per view collection lets fans try you without a monthly commitment.
  5. Thank tippers. A quick reply turns a one time tip into a member.

Every creator is identity verified before the first payout, which keeps copycat pages away from your name. Read how it works on the verification page. Payments clear 7 days after each one is made, you can withdraw from a cleared balance of $50, and payouts go out weekly to a bank or crypto wallet. Details are on the payouts page.
