FanBase is a creator agency platform where one team manages several creator pages from a single account, with payout reports per creator as CSV. The fee is the same 20 percent of fan payments that every creator pays, so there is no agency plan or extra charge.
Agencies help creators plan content, run posting schedules, handle messages and grow their audience. To do that well, they need a platform that lets a team work across several pages without mixing up earnings. That is what the agency setup on FanBase is for.
What agencies get
- One team, several creators. Manage multiple creator pages from one place.
- Full creator tools on each page. Up to three tiers, bundles, posts, pay per view, paid messages, tips and scheduling.
- Analytics per creator. Earnings by source and active members for each page.
- Payout reports per creator as CSV. Clear numbers for every creator, ready to share or reconcile.
- Same fee. 20 percent of each fan payment, processing included.

How it works
- Set up your team. Create your agency account and add the people who will work on creator pages.
- Connect creators. Each creator has their own page at fanbase.org/@handle.
- Each creator verifies. Every creator completes identity verification with a government ID and a selfie. An agency cannot verify on a creator's behalf.
- Run the pages. Plan posts, schedule them, set tiers and handle messages.
- Report. Download payout reports per creator as CSV.
Agency setup compared with separate accounts
| Task | Separate creator accounts | FanBase agency setup |
|---|---|---|
| Switching between creators | Log in and out of each account | Work across pages from one team |
| Earnings view | Collected by hand from each account | Analytics per creator |
| Payout reporting | Built by hand | CSV payout report per creator |
| Fee | 20 percent | Same 20 percent |
| Identity verification | Each creator | Each creator |
An example of agency reporting
Here is a hypothetical monthly report for a small agency with three creators. Figures are made up for illustration.
| Creator | Category | Fan payments | Creator share (80 percent) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Creator A | Fitness | $3,200.00 | $2,560.00 |
| Creator B | Music | $1,850.00 | $1,480.00 |
| Creator C | Cooking | $2,400.00 | $1,920.00 |
| Total | $7,450.00 | $5,960.00 |
The creator share above is what FanBase pays out. How that share is split between creator and agency is a matter for your own agreement with each creator. The CSV report gives both sides the same numbers to work from.
Categories agencies work with
Agencies on FanBase manage creators across the main catalogue:
- Fitness coaches, see FanBase for fitness creators.
- Lifestyle creators, see FanBase for influencers.
- Musicians, chefs, gamers, podcasters, artists and educators.
Agencies that work with adult creators manage them in the separate Adult 18+ section. That section never appears in mainstream categories, the homepage or search, and every creator and co-performer must be verified with ID and consent on file. See FanBase for adult creators.
Payouts
Earnings clear 7 days after each payment. Once a cleared balance is $50 or more, it can be withdrawn, and payouts go out weekly to a bank account or crypto wallet linked to the verified creator. Details are on the payouts page.
Rules for agencies
Agencies follow the same rules as every creator:
- Every post is reviewed before it goes public.
- Every upload is checked against lists of known illegal material.
- Our acceptable use policy applies to every page you manage.
- Creators keep ownership of their page and their audience, and can export their fan list and earnings as CSV any time.
Fees for agencies
There is no agency plan, no seat charge and no setup fee. FanBase keeps 20 percent of each fan payment on every page, the same as for a creator working alone. See the full breakdown on our fees page.
Bringing your roster over
- List the creators you manage and the tiers they offer today.
- Set up each FanBase page with matching tiers so fans recognise them.
- Ask each creator to complete verification early, so payouts are ready.
- Schedule the first two weeks of posts for every page.
- Announce each new page to its fans with the creator's own link.
Questions
Write to support@fanbase.org with your agency name and the number of creators you manage, and we will help you get set up.
Working well with creators
Good agency work on FanBase starts with clear roles. Agree with each creator who writes posts, who answers paid messages and who approves anything that goes out under their name. Keep the creator's voice consistent, because fans subscribe to a person, not to a team.
A few habits help:
- Share the analytics. Show each creator their earnings by source every month, so decisions about tiers and pay per view are made together.
- Plan a content calendar. Scheduling lets you prepare two to four weeks of posts in advance and keep each page active during busy periods.
- Answer messages promptly. Paid messages and fan messages are where loyalty is built. Set a response window and stick to it.
- Test one change at a time. Change a tier price or add a bundle, then compare the next month's report before changing anything else.
- Keep records tidy. The CSV payout report per creator makes month end simple for both sides.
Preview a creator page
On the homepage, enter a page name, category, monthly price and expected paying fans. You see a page preview and the projected monthly payout at 80 percent instantly, with no account needed. It is a quick way to show a creator what their page could look like.
